We are a mobile wood fired catering business operating out of the Twin Cities and 7 county metro area. We bring the sights, sounds and aromas of our authentic mobile wood burning pizza oven to your private event or community gathering. We do not have a fixed location but you will find us at art fairs, outdoor concerts, community festivals and farmer's markets. We hand-craft Neapolitan-style pizzas using local, fresh, regional and organic ingredients wherever possible. Great for weddings, employee/customer appreciation, corporate events, grooms dinners and graduation parties.
